Neil Guha

Head of Equity Capital Markets and Portfolio Manager

Neil Guha is a Portfolio Manager and Head of Equity Capital Markets at Corbets Capital. He joined Corbets Capital in May 2026 from BAM, where he was a Senior Analyst on their Equity Capital Markets team for 5 years. In this role he focused on investing in recently public companies both at the time of IPO and afterwards. Prior to Balyasny, he was an Executive Director in the Equity Capital Markets group at Morgan Stanley where he was responsible for the origination and execution of equity solutions for the firm’s Financial Institutions and Fintech clients. Prior to this role, Neil was Co-Head of Morgan Stanley’s Natural Resources Equity Capital Markets group, during which time he focused on the renewable energy, oil & gas, and metals & mining sectors. Earlier in his career, Neil was in the Financials Investment Banking Group at Keefe, Bruyette & Woods (KBW) and began his career in fixed income sales & trading at Barclays. He holds an MBA from the University of North Carolina and a BS in Systems Engineering and Economics from the University of Virginia.
